In one year, St. Luke’s Student Services helps facilitate about 2,500 rotations for over 2,000 individual students from 50+ unique disciplines resulting in over 333,000 educational hours! To meet student needs for our growing community and the future workforce, we also manage partnerships with about 175 schools from coast to coast, and host students in nearly every department and clinic across our health system. Due to high demand for clinical experiences, observations are only available for students that are required to observe in order to apply for an educational program. For example, pre-medical students are required to observe before applying to medical school.

Onboarding includes an online orientation through St. Luke’s Talent Learning Center, and may include in-person trainings depending on your discipline or rotation site.
