This two-day conference is an annual update for health care providers on primary care topics. Our format is a series of short lectures followed by panel-style question and answer sessions. The environment facilitates discussion and we encourage attendees to ask questions that relate to their day-to-day practice.

You are responsible for lodging and travel arrangements. A block of rooms has been reserved at the Sun Valley Resort. Mention the conference when making a reservation to take advantage of negotiated rates. We expect the resort will fill up quickly. Registration is required. The fee covers breakfasts, snacks, beverages, certificate of participation, and electronic access to course materials and presentations. Also included are hors d'oeuvres at the Saturday evening social.

If you need to cancel your registration, please email us by August 23, 2018. Cancellation requests will be refunded minus a $50 administrative fee.
Cancellations or no-shows after August 23 are not eligible for a refund.
