Description

This is a series of eight 60-minute classes, completed 2 times a week over a one-month period. 

The classes are designed to increase your understanding of the benefits of mindfulness and meditation techniques. You'll learn to understand focus brain vs default brain, the concepts of mindfulness, and start creating a mindfulness/meditation practice in your daily routine. Each class will offer meditation exercises to build focus brain skills and comfort with meditation. 

Live daily 15-minute mediation available Monday through Thursday. 

This class is taught by licensed clinical social worker, Amanda Helsley.
