For expectant parents unable to attend our 5 week Prepared Childbirth class, this one-day class can help you and your support companion prepare for labor and childbirth.

Registration is required. Please note that if there are less than 4 people enrolled in the class, the class may be cancelled. You will be notified before the class if this occurs. Please plan on arriving to class 10-15 minutes early to sign in. Wear comfortable clothes, have 2 regular size bed pillows and plan on eating lunch during the time alloted for the class.
