Description

Learn why it is so difficult to quit tobacco or vaping, and gain understanding about the most effective approach to quitting. We will also provide information about free or low-cost resources to help you quit tobacco or vaping comfortably and avoid relapse. 

This class is presented by St. Luke's Nicotine Dependence Treatment Program: Athena Evans-Campbell, RN, certified nicotine dependence counselor, and Jennifer Shalz, MD, program medical director.
