Jessica Carpenter, LCSW works with children and specializes in the integration of mental health services in a medical setting. She has experience with rural populations and has previously provided traditional counseling services for all ages.

Dustin Fieldsted, PT specializes in outpatient orthopedics, sports, cancer, and occupational rehabilitation. He has practiced in a variety of settings including private practice and the military. Dustin also has certifications as an ergonomics assessment specialist, a golf swing educator through the Titleist Performance Institute, and is credentialed as an advanced clinical instructor through the American Physical Therapy Association.
Dustin received his bachelor's degree in physical therapy from Youngstown State University. During his free time he enjoys golf, working out, staying active, and spending time with his family.
Molly Gallegos, MA, OTR/L enjoys working with children of all ages and abilities, and is passionate about helping her clients grow. She has experience working with children in both clinical and school settings, and has expertise in treating children with autism, ADHD, and a variety of psychological, behavioral, genetic, cognitive, neurological, motor, and developmental needs.
Molly earned her bachelor's degree in psychology from La Sierra University and her master's degree in occupational therapy from the University of Southern California. She has advanced training in sensory integration techniques and is SIPT (Sensory Integration and Praxis Test) certified. In her free time, she enjoys art, music, and exploring Idaho with her family.

Marie Gessel, MD has a strong interest in helping rural, remote, and ethnically underserved populations. She is also fascinated by innovative delivery systems and is always experimenting with improving flow and efficiency in clinical settings. Marie loves to mentor and teach, and strives to inspire the next generation of dedicated female physicians.
Timothy Herndon, MD is a board certified pediatrician and loves working with children and adolescents. He has additional experience treating allergies, asthma, and behavioral and learning issues. He helps with breastfeeding and lactation issues, and has had many positive experiences with families who deliver babies at home.
Dr. Herndon has taught medical students, residents, and nurse practitioner candidates for many years. He is a member of the Idaho chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics and loves sharing the best care resources with families and their kids.
Holly Hubbard, PT, DPT enjoys working with children of all ages and abilities and has training in reflex integration, toe walking, pediatric gait, and wheelchair seating and mobility. She enjoys the challenges of her job and helping kids play and reach their potential. Her favorite therapy toy is the bolster swing.
Holly earned her bachelor's degree in health science from Boise State University and her doctorate of physical therapy from Eastern Washington University. In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors and spending time with her family and friends.

Sean Nixon, LCPC is a licensed clinical professional counselor and a licensed marriage and family therapist with training in family systems, child trauma, neurocounseling, and play therapy. His interests include early life trauma, anxiety, co-occurring diagnoses, family conflict, and behavioral issues.
Sean has worked as a school counselor, in clinical settings, and in private practice. He believes that everyone can thrive when given the tools and support they need.
Sean earned his bachelor's degree in liberal arts as well as two master's degrees from Northwest Nazarene University. His first master's was in school counseling and the second was in marriage and family counseling. He is also a trained play therapist. Sean has presented at state, regional, and national conferences, and has taken on many roles in professional counseling organizations.
Favorite Therapy Toy: Strategy games.
Molly A. Reider, MA, CCC-SLP/L is trained in multiple methodologies to address motor-speech and developmental disorders in the pediatric population, with a specialty in autism spectrum disorders. She is certified in the Early Start Denver Model.
Molly earned her bachelor's degree in Biblical studies and communication disorders from Biola University, and her master's degree in communicative disorders from California State University at Fullerton. In her free time, she loves cooking, spending time with her family and friends, and the outdoors.
Favorite Therapy Toy: anything unexpected, like balloons, crinkle tubes, or buckets.
Jon Woolley, DPT works with adults and children (ages 8 and older) with orthopedic and musculoskeletal issues. He has expertise in both pre- and post-surgery care, for a wide range of surgeries ranging from total shoulder replacements and rotator cuff repairs to total knee replacement and ACL repairs. Jon is certified in the Graston technique, in which instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization is used to help patients return to their prior level of activity more quickly.
Jon earned his bachelor's degree in exercise physiology from BYU-Idaho, where he also minored in health science and Spanish. He earned his doctorate in physical therapy from Creighton University. Jon is also a certified clinical instructor through the American Physical Therapy Association. In his free time, he enjoys camping, basketball, golf, and spending time with his family.
