    Erika Blanchard, CCC-A, F-AAA manages the audiology program at St. Luke’s with a focus on quality program development and compliance. She specializes in pediatric and adult diagnostics and amplification, and is a pediatric audiology mentor and educator for pediatric audiologists across the country.

    Erika is the network audiologist with National Center for Hearing Assessment and Management for the Pacific Northwest and the audiology coordinator for Idaho Sound Beginnings, Idaho's Early Hearing Detection and Intervention program. She earned her bachelor’s degree in speech pathology and audiology with an emphasis in developmental disabilities and teaching English as a second language from the University of Nevada, Reno. She completed her postgraduate studies in audiology at Idaho State University.

    Biography

    Jessica Clark, AuD specializes in pediatric diagnostics, auditory evoked potentials, and hearing aids as well as services for adults. She is also an audiology consultant for the Idaho Early Hearing Detection and Intervention program, where she assists and provides training to hospitals and physicians with their newborn hearing screening programs and about hearing loss. She earned her bachelor’s degree in communication disorders from Minot State University and her doctorate degree in audiology from Idaho State University.

    Karen D. East, MD is a diplomate of the American Board of Medicine. She earned her bachelor's degree in chemistry from Duke University. She was a clinical instructor at the University of Utah.

    Mindy B. Gaddis, MD, FAAP earned bachelor's degrees in chemistry and psychology at the University of Utah. She is the medical director of St Luke's Children's Childhood Obesity Program. Dr. Gaddis job shares with Dr. Noreen Womack and is accepting established families only. She is married with two daughters, and two Labrador retrievers. Her hobbies include baking, knitting, cycling, trail running, and skiing.

    Biography

    Ben H. Godfrey, MD, FAAP received a bachelor's degree in Greek with a minor in philosophy from Brigham Young University. He currently serves as the medical director of St. Luke's Children's – Treasure Valley Pediatrics, and was formerly the chief pediatric resident at the University of Utah/Primary Children's Medical Center. He is also a clinical associate professor in the department of pediatrics at the University of Washington. 

    He is accepting newborns and new patients on a limited basis.

    Dr. Godfrey is married with four kids. His hobbies include fly fishing, scouting, family activities, and reading.

He earned his medical degree from the University of Washington School of Medicine and completed his internship and residency at the University of Washington, finishing residency as chief resident at the Boise VA Medical Center.

    Nathan J. Hirsch, M.D., FAAP earned his bachelor's degree at Occidental College. He is accepting newborns and new patients on a limited basis.

    Alex Maffuccio, PT, DPT focuses on pre- and post-surgical care of upper and lower extremities, injury prevention, and sports medicine. She earned her doctorate in physical therapy from the University of Colorado and completed a sports clinical specialty residency with St. Luke's Sports Medicine. In her free time she enjoys skiing, hiking, and mountain biking.

    A. Lauren Miller, NP-C is a board certified family nurse practitioner through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, and has a special interest in pediatrics. She earned her bachelor's degree in nursing from Boise State University and her master's in nursing, family nurse practitioner, from Walden University.

    Biography

    Linda Owen, PT is certified in vestibular rehabilitation. She has experience in outpatient orthopedics, specializing in manual therapy. She earned her advanced certification in orthopedic manipulative therapy (COMT) and is a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Therapy (FCAMT). Linda earned her physical therapy degree from the University of Alberta, Canada.

    Jana Repulski, DPT, OCS is a board certified orthopedic clinical specialist, practicing adult orthopedic physical therapy—including back and neck pain as well as knee, hip and shoulder injuries—and post-operative management. She has special interest in treating adult and pediatric rheumatology patients. 

    Jana completed her physical therapy degree at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and her doctorate through Evidence in Motion Institute of Health Professions.

    Chara J. Solich, MD, FACR is a fellow of the American College of Rheumatology. She specializes in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, gout, systemic lupus erythematosus, and osteoporosis. Dr. Solich completed her internal medicine residency and rheumatology fellowship at the University of New Mexico Health Sciences Center.

    Kimberly R. Tanabe, MD is a diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine. She earned her bachelor's degree in neurosciences from the University of Washington.
  • Urology

    Biography

    Michael B. Taylor, MD treats all aspects of adult urology, including oncology, male and female voiding dysfunction, and stone disease. He performs open, laparoscopic, prosthetic, endoscopic, and robotic surgery. Dr. Taylor uses the UroLift® System to treat benign prostatic hyperplasia as an alternative to drugs or more invasive therapies.

    Michael received his bachelor's degree from Brigham Young University and is a member of the American Urologic Association.

    April Ward, AuD, F-AAA is the director of Idaho Elks Hearing and Balance Center. She specializes in hearing aids, central auditory processing disorder (CAPD), and vestibular testing for patients experiencing dizziness and vertigo. 

    April earned her bachelor’s degree in speech pathology and audiology from Idaho State University, where she also earned her master’s degree in audiology. She earned her doctorate degree in audiology from A.T. Still University.

    Hilary Warren, MD, FAAP is a pediatrician with passions for reaching out to underserved children, fighting childhood hunger, and preventive care. As part of her practice she works to develop close relationships with her patients and their families. She is accepting newborns and new patients on a limited basis.

    Dr. Warren is also a clinical assistant professor at the University of Washington School of Medicine and loves teaching medical students and resident physicians about taking care of children. In her time away from work, she loves to travel and spend time with her family. They love to be outside and hike and camp as much as they can.

    Biography

    Donald Weese, MD, FACS specializes in male and female adult urology, including minimally invasive urologic surgery, urologic oncology, kidney stone disease, and general urology. He has a special interest in men's health, with training in da Vinci® robotic assisted laparoscopic surgery (treatment of prostate cancer, renal cancer, and benign urologic conditions), prostate cryoablation (minimally invasive outpatient treatment of prostate cancer), and prosthetic surgery (penile prosthesis and artificial urinary sphincter implantation).

    Dr. Weese is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He practiced urology in Twin Falls and Burley before joining St. Luke's to expand his minimally invasive urologic surgical practice.

    Noreen Womack, MD earned her bachelor's degree from Loyola University. She shares her job with Dr. Mindy Gaddis and is accepting established families only.

    Dr. Womack is married with two boys. Her hobbies include reading, cooking, and running.
