Natasha Miller, MD enjoys caring for children from newborn to college age. She has five children of her own and one grandchild. In her spare time, Dr. Miller enjoys spending time with family, hiking, gardening, and reading books.
Joseph G. Wilbanks, MD, FAAP is a board-certified general pediatrician who serves as a primary care physician for infants, children, and adolescents from birth until adulthood. He enjoys caring for children and adolescents of all ages and has special interest in managing anxiety, depression, ADHD, and behavioral concerns. He strives to provide excellent care and partner with caregivers in supporting their child’s wellness and development.
Dr. Wilbanks received his bachelor's degree in biochemistry at Abilene Christian University, graduating magna cum laude. He attended medical school at McGovern Medical School at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston where he was a JAMP Scholar and was awarded the Crawford and Hattie Jackson Foundation Scholarship. He then went on to train at Baylor Scott & White McLane Children’s Hospital. While in residency he served as a chief resident, advocacy co-chair, and program delegate to the American Academy of Pediatrics. He was awarded the residency program’s Gene Lawyer Award in addition to special recognition for time spent in general pediatrics, pediatric hospitalist medicine, pediatric intensive care, and adolescent medicine.Outside of the office, Dr. Wilbanks enjoys helping raise his two boys with his wife, cooking, and traveling.
Noreen Womack, MD works in the St. Luke’s Children’s school-based clinics. Her main goal is to help St. Luke’s reach children that are undergoing difficult circumstances and provide them with the quality, trauma-informed care they deserve.
Dr. Womack graduated from medical school as Alpha Omega Alpha from University Texas Medical Center and completed her pediatric residency at Duke University Medical Center. She has served as the early childhood champion for the Idaho chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics for two decades, with special interest in adverse childhood experiences, resilience, and early literacy.
Dr. Womack serves as a guardian ad litem for the Fourth Judicial District and volunteers in adult hospice care. She is the co-founder of Idaho Children Are Primary, a bipartisan 501(c)(4) organization that highlights children’s issues in the Idaho legislature. Whenever possible, she loves to practice her Spanish by travelling to Central America for medical mission work.
In her spare time, Dr. Womack likes to read historical fiction and enjoy screen-free activities with her husband and two sons.
