Paige Cline, PA-C has been with St. Luke’s Occupational health for 12 years. She graduated from University of Oklahoma’s physician assistant program, and prior to joining St. Luke’s worked in emergency medicine, urgent care, and family practice. Paige was also in the Peace Corps, stationed in Belize. She is a member of the American Association of Physician Assistants and the Idaho Academy of Physician Assistants. Paige is also a guest lecturer and proctor for the physician assistant program at Idaho State University.
Kylie DiLulo, FNP, received her bachelor's degree in nursing from Idaho State University and earned a master's degree in nursing (family nurse practitioner) at the University of Cincinnati. Prior to joining the occupational health team, Kylie worked in the St. Luke’s medical-surgical and neuroscience units, as well as the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU).
Kylie is FMCSA DOT certified and a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and Nurse Practitioners of Idaho. An Idaho native, she enjoys skiing and wake surfing in her free time.
Cody Heiner, MD, MPH, FACOEM is the site medical director of St. Luke's Occupational Health and is board certified in occupational and environmental medicine by the American Board of Preventive Medicine. Dr. Heiner is also a certified medical review officer and provides comprehensive health-related services for employers and employees, including work injury medical care, drug and alcohol testing, employee physicals, disability evaluations, impairment ratings, and immunizations.
In addition to his medical education, Dr. Heiner earned his masters' degree in public health from the University of Iowa College of Public Health.
Dave Landis, PA-C brings over 20 years of experience to St. Luke’s Occupational Health. Before coming to St. Luke’s Occupational Health in 2013 he practiced in adult medicine, urgent care and dermatology. Dave graduated from the University of Washington’s physician assistant program in 1995 and served in the Idaho National Guard for almost 10 years.
Hala Rafla, PA-C joined St. Luke’s Occupational Health in 2011. Prior to joining St. Luke’s she worked for the Department of Health and Welfare focusing on immunizations. She studied medicine and surgery overseas where she worked in women’s health and urgent care. Hala holds a master’s degree in physician assistant studies from Idaho State University as well as a master in health sciences from Boise State University.
Brian Vandendries, NP moved to Idaho in 1995 to join St. Luke’s and to pursue a bachelor of science degree in nursing. After obtaining a master of science in nursing from Gonzaga University he joined St. Luke’s Occupational Health as a nurse practitioner in June of 2002. In 2008 he became the administrative leader for the department, continuing in patient care and creating a comprehensive occupational department spanning the St. Luke’s Health System.
Today, Brian takes on the challenge of providing quality occupational health care for the on-site wellness center of a large Treasure Valley employer, with a focus on better health, better care, and lower costs.
