Remote Access to myStLuke's

Install the Citrix Receiver

Citrix provides remote access to St. Luke’s applications and desktops—including myStLuke’s (Epic)—to all providers, employed and independent. The Citrix Receiver client provides the ability to launch and run the applications available in the Citrix portal, including myStLuke’s. We encourage all providers to download and install the Citrix Receiver to ensure you can access the system from home, your independent practice, or on your laptop while you're away.

Instructions for installing the Citrix Receiver on non-St. Luke’s equipment (i.e., at home or in your independent practice)

  1. Review the Citrix Download Instructions for Windows or Mac.
  2. Contact the St. Luke’s Service Desk at (208) 381-HELP (4357) for additional instruction.
