Back and Neck Pain Care

Back and neck pain

At St. Luke’s, we’re dedicated to helping you find the most effective and efficient treatment for your neck, back and spine. While medical evidence shows that some back and neck pain improves on its own with home treatments such as exercises, ice, and heat, it's still important for you to see a medical professional who can help identify the root cause of your pain. Early access to a physical therapist or spine care provider can decrease your back or neck pain, help you recover quickly and safely, and teach you how to prevent future occurrences.

Our back and neck pain experts include highly experienced and skilled orthopedic and neurosurgery physicians and advanced practice providers, as well as physical therapists. We focus first on conservative, non-surgical treatment and offer the highest quality care when your condition requires injection therapy or surgery. Your personalized care plan may include:

  • Strengthening exercises
  • Bracing
  • Osteoporosis evaluation
  • Pain management, if necessary
  • Surgery referral, when appropriate

Throughout your rehabilitation and recovery, our entire health care team will be focused on your most successful outcome and quality of life.
