At St. Luke’s, we offer comprehensive care after catastrophic events such as a brain or spinal cord injury, and after less serious physical injury.     Biography

    Rodde D. Cox, MD has professional interests in medical rehabilitation, rehabilitation of injured workers, and electrodiagnostic medicine. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family hunting, fishing, camping, woodworking, cooking, and biking.

    Dr. Cox is proud to provide care at St. Luke's Center for Spine Wellness, a practice that has been recognized as a Spine Center of Excellence by Blue Cross of Idaho.

    James R. Farmer, NP has extensive experience in managing neuro-rehabilitation in both hospital and outpatient settings. He earned teaching and nursing degrees from the University of Utah, and a master’s degree in nursing with an FNP designation from Idaho State University. Jimmy enjoys hiking, camping, fishing, and spending time with his family.

    Nicholas Hutt, PA-C earned his master's degree in physician assistant studies from Midwestern University and his bachelor's degree in anthropology from Idaho State University.

    Biography

    David J. Jensen, DO provides a wide range of spine care, musculoskeletal evaluation and management, and electrodiagnostic medicine and nerve testing.

    Dr. Jensen began his career as a chiropractor before returning to medical school, maintaining his interest in spinal and musculoskeletal issues. He completed his internship at  Madigan Army Medical Center and residency at Walter Reed Medical Center. He then worked with and served active-duty soldiers at Fort Bliss. 

    Dr. Jensen is a Utah native. In his free time, he enjoys outdoor recreation and spending time with his family.

    Vic Kadyan, MD is medical director for St. Luke’s Specialty Care Services, and provides medical services at St. Luke’s Rehabilitation Hospital and St. Luke’s Boise Medical Center. He has professional interests in neuro-rehabilitation, spasticity, and electrodiagnostic medicine.

    Dr. Kadyan is proud to provide care at St. Luke's Clinic–Spine Care, a practice that has been recognized as a Spine Center of Excellence by Blue Cross of Idaho.

    In his free time, Dr. Kadyan enjoys spending time with his family in outdoor activities like cycling, backpacking, and hiking.

    Biography

    Michael R. McMartin, MD provides medical services at St. Luke’s Rehabilitation Hospital and St. Luke’s Boise Medical Center. Previously, he was medical director for rehabilitation services at St. Alphonsus Regional Medical Center.

    In his free time, Dr. McCartin enjoys water sports, music, hiking, and spending time with his family.

    Biography

    Jonathan D. Myers, MD is a board-certified physiatrist (a specialist in physical medicine and rehabilitation), with expertise in a variety of neurologic and musculoskeletal conditions, and is currently the medical director of rehabilitation services for St. Luke's Magic Valley Medical Center. 

    His areas of clinical interest and expertise include spasticity management, spinal cord injury, stroke, traumatic brain injury, working with amputation and limb deficiencies, and cerebral palsy and other movement disorders. Dr. Myers is himself a spinal cord injury survivor and uses his personal experience to better relate to his patients.

    In August 2016, Dr. Myers and a group of St. Luke's Rehabilitation colleagues climbed Mount Borah to raise awareness regarding balance rehabilitation and raise the funding necessary to bring a balance machine to the Magic Valley.

    Biography

    Beth Rogers, MD is a physiatrist specializing in pain management, physical medicine, rehabilitation services, interventional spine procedures, and injection therapy. Beyond providing chronic back and neck pain relief, she also treats a host of spine-related conditions, including sciatica, spinal stenosis, and degenerative disc disease.

    Dr. Rogers is a member of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and the International Spinal Injection Society.

    Michael Spackman, MD is board certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. He has experience with rehabilitation and pain management and prefers to offer non-surgical options for recovery. 

    Dr. Spackman is a member of the International Spine Injection Society and the Ada County Medical Society.

    Cheri Wiggins, MD specializes in disability rehabilitation and has particular interest in working with children who have developmental disabilities or physical impairments. She completed her internship at Baptist Health Systems.
