St. Luke’s carefully evaluates all aspects of a proposed study before a study is approved as part of our commitment to protecting the rights and welfare of human research subjects.

The St. Luke’s research department has developed policies and procedures for all aspects of human subjects research and facilitates all research activities involving St. Luke’s facilities, employees, and/or patients.

St. Luke's Health System has adopted and maintains a Research Conflicts of Interest-Reporting and Management Policy to promote objectivity in research and to ensure research activities are free from bias resulting from financial and non-financial conflicts of interest.
